Bang Bang
This 2014 Bollywood film ended in tragedy when famous actor Hrithik Roshan suffered a brain injury on set. Towards the end of the filming process, Hrithik was tasked with completing his own stunts due to the stunt doubles being unavailable to finish the already extended filming calender. Hrithik fell backward in a harness and flipped, causing him to hit his head hard enough to knock him out. He was rushed to the hospital immediately and he had to have a blood clot that formed removed, he is still alive to this day.
