Released in 1969, this album was nearly 20 years ahead of its time. The world had never seen such a complex, multi-dimensional album, and quite frankly, the reception for it wasn’t too friendly, to begin with. Rolling Stone released a “middle of the road” review about this album, which never seriously gathered the attention it deserved until several years later.
