‘Nightfood’ Sleep-Friendly Ice Cream Is Here to Help You Rest

A startup named Nightfood has now entered the nutrition bar and ice cream market to support better sleep quality in consumers.

The company launched in 2010 with its nutrition bars, and now, it has recently announced that it will expand its product line with ice cream coming in February of 2019.

While the ingredients don’t list anything that’s considered a standard sleep aid, the ingredients are sourced to limit ones that interfere with good sleep—like sugar and sodium.

The pints will cost $4.99 and come in flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip cookie dough, and decaf coffee. In February of 2019, the pints will be available online and in retail stores.
