This past Tuesday, the Grammy Award-winning artist announced that she is continuing to feel "Good As Hell" after six months of adhering to a vegan diet.
Lizzo posted a new TikTok video to celebrate the occasion. In the video, she reflects on her past and her present, encouraging her followers to love and accept themselves regardless of where they are in life.
"Hey, so I found this video of me from the beginning of quarantine making what looks like a stale donut, poundcake, milkshake-type concoction," the 32-year-old said in a voiceover while she inserted a donut and poundcake into a blender.

"This is from a whirlwind tour and year, and after being seven years vegetarian, going back to eating all animal products," she said. The video then changes to the singer wearing workout gear. "And this is me now, making my vegan protein shake."
"Honestly, I am both of these women and I cannot condemn one woman or the other. I'm happy both ways and right now, this is what’s bringing me joy," Lizzo continued. The video then switched to her dancing in her underwear around the kitchen.
"This is me at the beginning of quarantine, happy, loving myself, dancing. And, you know what? I'm still that happy girl, loving myself and loving my body," she said.
"Love yourself at all stages in your life because you are who you are," Lizzo concluded. What a positive and insightful message!
