Chick-fil-A Launches Online Ordering

By 2 weeks ago

Since the start of the pandemic, chain restaurants have been working hard to churn out features that make food pickup and delivery as easy as possible. People are depending on safe takeout to satiate their cravings—and now, Chick-fil-A has stepped up to the plate.

Earlier this week, the chain announced that it would be offering online nationwide ordering after testing the feature in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets. Online ordering was once only available for those placing large-scale catering orders, but now, the everyday customers will have access it, as well.

Online orders will be available for pickup and carryout. To place an order, you simply visit the landing page for Chick-fil-A's online ordering system, enter your location, and checkout. You can select between drive-thru, carryout, or curbside pickup to claim your order.

Customers can also place orders via the Chick-fil-A mobile app, which was revamped several years ago.

If you want to get your Chick-fil-A elsewhere, the chain also works with third-party delivery services like DoorDash in some areas, but if you order through a different service, you will not be eligible for Chick-fil-A reward points.
