#27. M.A.S.H- Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen

The series finale of M*A*S*H revolves around the last days of the Korean War. The soldiers say goodbye to each other and have a party before everyone heads back home. Running for two and a half hours, "Goodbye, Farewell and Amen" is one of the longest TV episodes ever. Since they have all the time on their hands, the writers make sure to tie up every loose end. At times, the episode feels like a feature film too, with its storyline being digestible to even viewers who had never watched the show before.
