Figure skater Lynn-Holly Johnson played an Olympic up-and-comer in 1981's For Your Eyes Only. The 1980 Lake Placid winter Olympics were underway, so the producers decided to capitalize on all of the commotion and enlist some real-life athletes into the cast. Now, she has since retired and focuses on raising her family.
