The last thing that anyone is worried about during an alien invasion is how realistic a shot can be, but a bunch of fans noticed that this scene was a little off! This is an image of the Empire State Building, but everyone knows that the actual shot is impossible. The real Empire State Building is set on a street corner, so it's impossible to have it perfectly centered.

The More You Know

  • Because they were shooting in black and white and color didn't matter, they used chocolate syrup as blood when shooting Psycho.
  • While filming Rocky IV, Dolph Lundgren punched Sylvester Stallone's chest so hard, his heart slammed against his breastbone, causing it to swell and his systolic blood pressure shot to over 200. Filming was halted as Stallone was flown to a nearby hospital and spent eight days in intensive care.
  • The many parts turned down by Sean Connery include roles in The Matrix, The Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park, Indy IV and Blade Runner.
