The surgeons operated just in time. According to their findings, the aneurysm was covered in blisters, a clear sign that it would not have been long before it ruptured and likely killed Donna. They successfully clipped it and Donna's life was saved. As she puts it "Had it not been for that arrow, I would have died from a brain tumor, a stroke, or an aneurysm!"
