Helen Mirren is one of England's top actresses, and for obvious reasons. However, even acclaimed acting legends have their fair share of stumbles. While at a film festival in Berlin a few years ago, the then 69-year-old tripped and fell over the red-carpeted stairs. At least it looked good with her green dress!
