He might be the singer for the band Bad Religion, but he's certainly not bad at his job. After getting his bachelor's and master's at the University of California, Los Angeles, the musician went on to bigger things. He got his doctorate in Zoology from Cornell University. His dissertation was titled "Evolution and Religion: Questioning the Beliefs of the World's Eminent Evolutionists." He even went back to teach at UCLA between touring.
