The 1980-81 season of SNL has gone down in history as one of its worst. On the season's 11th episode, Charles Rocket was in charge of the "Weekend Update" segment, and unfortunately, he didn't read his cues too closely. He let out a string of F-words and the studio quickly fired Rocket for the stunt.
