Jumper

Jumper was a terrifyingly dangerous movie for the characters onscreen, but for the production crew and the actors, it was just another day shooting a green screen. Set dresser David Ritchie was helping the production assistants dismantle a “safe” artificial wall that was constructed of fused sand. A large chunk of this wall fell off and struck Ritchie in the head, killing him instantly and injuring one of the production assistants in the process.
