Die Hard
Despite his macho exterior, Bruce Willis is just as susceptible to hearing loss as the rest of us. During an action scene in Die Hard, Bruce Willis got a little too close to a gun that was firing a blank at someone that was across the screen. The gun fired its cap, and Willis lost two-thirds of his hearing capabilities in his right ear permanently. It wasn’t until after the scene was finished that Willis expressed his discomfort and was rushed to the hospital.
