The Women of "Star Trek": Then and Now

Roxann Dawson

Roxann Dawson can be mostly seen in 'Star Trek: Voyager.' She played half-Klingon, half-human B’Elanna Torres. It is said that she struggled to act with her double identity. Nevertheless, she was able to upgrade herself to the rank of Chief Engineer on the 'Voyager.' Her skills were not limited to acting, she was well-talented behind the scenes as well. In fact, she directed two episodes of 'Voyager' and 10 episodes of 'Star Trek: Enterprise.'
