Japan has an obsession with bringing extremely expensive ingredients into a fast-food setting. Don’t ask me why, because this hasn’t caught on in America at ALL. Nonetheless, this is exactly what it sounds like. It’s an all-beef, Wendy’s cheeseburger topped with foie gras and a garlic compound butter.
