Taylor Swift is on our list again, but this time, for her newest purchase, a $25 million dollar estate in Beverly Hills. The property was purchased from Samuel Goldwyn, of Metro Goldwyn Mayer. The home is 11,000 sq. ft. and has a sunken tennis court and a two-room guest apartment above the garage.
