Emerging from the CBGB scene in the 80s, following new wave and punk legends with vigor. Burke has been described as “the happiest drummer who ever lived,” evidently when he hit the stage, he couldn’t shake the smile from his face, good or bad playing. Definitely an attribute to the “attitude” category.
