Richard Dean Anderson began his acting career with a role on General Hospital, playing Dr. Jeff Webber. As he rose to prominence he accepted a  lead role on MacGyver and on Stargate SG-1. Richard also appeared in Pandora’s Clock and Through the Eyes of a Killer. Although he had much success throughout his career, he has somewhat withdrawn from TV and film since 2013 and is devoting more time to his family.
