Madsen’s testimonies were cold and emotionless. Every time he changed his story he attempted to manipulate the interviewer, stating that he couldn’t see the accident so he assued that was what happened, then admitting that he did see the accident, then asking the interviewer what HE would do in that situation. He finalized his testimony with a completely inconclusive answer, and the police were left to assume that he murdered Kim Wall, chopped her body up, and threw her into the ocean…
