Clean Your Computer Keyboard in the Dishwasher

The More You Know

  • All you need is tap water that's piping hot to kill weeds in the cracks of your sidewalks and driveway. Pro tip: add a tablespoon of salt to make it even more effective.
  • Insert a drinking straw (or stainless steel reusable) into the tip of the berry and push it through to the other end to quickly remove the stem.
  • Hate the messy look of curling irons lying on the vanity or the toilet tank? Here's a tip for you. Use hook-and-loop tape to attach five-inch lengths of 2-in. PVC pipe to the vanity door to hold the curling irons.
  • Next time you oversalt a soup, toss in a few wedges of raw apple or potato. Simmer for 10 minutes and discard the wedges to get the flavor back to normal.
