Drake and model Sophie Brussaux's son, Adonis, turned three over the weekend, and all the photos are too sweet not to share. The rapper has been very reserved in the past when it comes to posting his son on social media, and fans thought he was hiding his child for a long time. Drake refuted the rumors, claiming he wanted to protect his son from the fame his career brings him, but now says "I want to be able to go places with my son and share memories with my son. I don't want to feel like just because of a life choice I made to be a 'celebrity' that I got to make everybody live under this blanket ... I just wanted to free myself of that."
Brussaux's post was a sweet throwback to the day Adonis was born. "Joyeux anniversaire mon amoureux! 3 years ago, I was finally meeting you for the first time, after a long 24-hr labour. I'm so proud of the little man you’re becoming, I love you more than life. The world is YOURS! We did that @champagnepapi." While Brussaux and Drake aren't in a relationship, they seem to co-parent rather well.
Drake's father, Dennis Graham, also took to Instagram to wish his grandson a happy birthday. "Happy Birthday to my little pride and joy I love you little guy, you make me very proud to see that you’re the one to carry on the Graham tradition." One thing's for sure, this little boy sure is loved.
