This still was captured during the shooting of the "Stress Relief" episode of The Office in February 2009. This scene actually acted as the prerequisite to the impending departure of Steve Carrell just two years later. Although the network tried to make it seem like Carrell just wanted to leave, they essentially forced him off of the show by refusing to make him an offer to stay.
