Pinky and the Brain

Pinky and Brain star as two lab mice who live in a cage in a research facility. Brain is self-centered also has a plan, while Pinky is good-natured but not very smart. Together, the two tries (and fail) to take over the world from the confines of their tiny mouse cage. While they might not have world domination, they at least will always have the other by their side. It aired in 1995.
