Messy Situation

What would make someone do this? Would love to know what went down before they decided to go full throttle through the mud.

While getting dirty while camping is expected, it should never be like this. What happened to these campers is unimaginable. This inconsiderate driver decided to speed away from this campsite spraying the campers and all of their gear with a whole lot of mud. What would you do in this nightmare situation?
