When the Fujin Raijin II rollercoaster at Expoland in Japan slipped off its tracks, one woman died and 21 other people were injured. The rollercoaster, which was carrying 24 people, is designed to be ridden standing up. It crashed into a guardrail going 47 miles per hour.
