This Utah amusement park was the site of terrible tragedy. Puff the Little Fire Dragon, a ride that is both one of the safest and slowest at the park, killed a 6-year-old boy in 1989. He slipped from the safety restraints and fell through the tracks. As he attempted to climb back on the tracks, the train looped around and hit him in the head, claiming his life.
