Following an introduction from host Jamie Foxx, Williams’ set starts slowly, then about three jokes in, Foxx begins sniping at the comic, mocking Williams punchlines and telling him to get off the stage. It was a completely unscripted dig, and Foxx defended himself later, calling his barrage “very dark” and “liquor-induced.”
