Spartacus

Stanley Kubrick directed this 1960 film about the true story of one of the most famous slave revolts in human history. Liam McIntyre plays Spartacus (along with everyone else), a slave who has seen too much hardship to be comfortable accepting his role in history. Spartacus led the revolt against the slave masters.
