How’s He Doing?

The doctors didn’t take this too seriously since fingerprint scans tend to make mistakes every once in a while. The medical team began referring to the man as “Burger King Doe” as an identifier since the only information they had about this man’s identity was that he was found behind a Burger King. Soon, B.K.D. regained consciousness. The doctors concluded that there was nothing physically wrong with the man, but there was definitely something psychological affecting him.

How Strange

B.K.D. refused to eat, drink, sleep or speak. Whenever a doctor attempted to touch him, he would thrash his arms around to try and ward off an help. Fortunately, after several days of being strapped to his stretcher, B.K.D. began accepting help. By the third day, the doctors got him to eat some ice chips, and he said a few words to his nurse. He told her that he had been living in the woods for 17 years. She then asked for his name, and he responded; “They call me B.K. around here, I think that’s my name…”
