No More Sweating Over Separating The Yolk
One of the most annoying baking processes is separating the egg yolk from the egg white. It's always so messy, and the risk of dropping the yolk is way too great. The easy fix is using an empty plastic water bottle. Use the suction from the opening to suck the yolk right up! Then, let go when it's safe. This is much less painful.
