Ricky Gervais decided exercising is much easier than dieting which many would agree with his opinion, so he stuck with just exercising. Many wonder how is that working for him? Drinking and eating what he wants throughout the day Ricky does about 35-40 minute cardio and 20 minutes of weights at home. Ricky says jokingly, “I’m thinking of bringing out a Christmas fitness video because I didn’t have to give up alcohol or food”.
