Hard seltzers have been all the rage when it comes to summer beverages. Fans of the drinks have favorited the popular brand Truly, White Claw, and Bon & Viv Spiked Seltzer, but now, there’s a new player in town.
Aldi is adding its own private label of canned spiked seltzers to the mix for a fraction of the price of the other leading brands. Aldi’s brand “Vista Bay” costs $5.89 per six-pack, bring the cost per drink under $1.
The ABV in Vista Bay is 5% and the drinks have 100 calories per can. An Aldi spokesperson compared the beverage to that of the White Claw variety, one of the top brands in the hard seltzer market.
Now, when you’re reaching for a cold beverage this summer, you’ve got another option to add to the mix.
