Long before Hailey Bieber strutted her stuff on the Victoria’s Secret runway, the young woman vowed that she would never model totally naked. “I would never pose topless. I wouldn’t ever pose naked,” she told People Magazine. Bieber said she’s fine with lingerie and bikinis so long as the shoot is tasteful, but she doesn’t want to risk crossing into overly-raunchy territory.
