John Lewis

John Lewis was a US statesman and civil rights leader. He served in the United States House of Representatives for Georgia's 5th congressional district for 33 years. He passed at age 80 from pancreatic cancer. Lewis died the same day as his friend and fellow civil rights leader C.T. Vivian.
