The subway is top dog when it comes to getting around in New York City, unless of course, you’re in fact, a dog. Recent changes to MTA rules state that pets are not allowed at MTA facilities âunless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers.â
But in true New Yorker fashion, subway riders have taken a “rules-are-meant-to-be-broken” stand and are finding creative ways around the dog ban. Prepare yourselves, cry-laughing ahead…
