Behold The Most Ridiculous Ways New Yorkers Have Beaten the ‘Dogs Must be in Bags’ Subway Rule

The subway is top dog when it comes to getting around in New York City, unless of course, you’re in fact, a dog. Recent changes to MTA rules state that pets are not allowed at MTA facilities “unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers.”

But in true New Yorker fashion, subway riders have taken a “rules-are-meant-to-be-broken” stand and are finding creative ways around the dog ban. Prepare yourselves, cry-laughing ahead…
