Whoever said kids aren't funny? Tom Felton, who played Potter's nemesis Draco Malfoy, added this roast to his script when he forgot his line. When one of his cronies wears glasses, Draco asks why. He said it was just for reading, to which Malfoy bitterly responds "I didn't know you could read." It was apparently helpful to differentiate Malfoy as less of a villain, and more of a bully.
