During the middle of shooting this home invasion scene for A Clockwork Orange, Malcolm McDowell abruptly began singing the hit musical song "Singing in the Rain". Stanley Kubrick was obsessed with how interesting it was, and decided to include it in the final film. Since that decision, the movie has become a cult classic and a fan-favorite Halloween costume.
