The Shining scared audiences everywhere with its depiction of one man's slow descent into madness. One of the most memorable lines from the film is when Jack Nicholson screams "Here's Johnny!" The line was made up, but Nicholson had to break at least 60 doors to get the scene just right. The line almost didn't make the final cut but was added at the last minute.
