Anthony Hopkins is not messing around with improvisation. The Asgardian ruler from Thor really shines when he has to banish Thor from the realm and thus removes his hammer. He follows this with an unscripted snarl in Tom Hiddleston's direction. He was so in character and angry that when the character said his lines, the growl came almost second nature. The shock on Tom's face is very real.
