Love can be a fickle thing, and nothing exemplifies this more than one moment from Star Wars. When Princess Leia tells the hero Han Solo "I love you" he was supposed to reply with "I love you, too" but he decided it wasn't in keeping with his character. Instead, he voted to say "I know" and it's become one of the most iconic lines from the series, which is impressive considering the scope of the franchise.
